NO REFUND:
Our bespoke shoes are not refundable. As the shoes are designed by the customers that are fully customized as per the individual’s size & design they can’t be resold so, it’s not possible for us to refund.
RE-FITTINGS:
Sometimes, there may be an issue with Fitting of the footwear.
On such occasions, you may courier the footwear to us on “Courier Charges Payable by Consignee” basis, and we shall work on re-fitting the said footwear and courier the same to you at our Costs.
Please note that custom designed footwear cannot be exchanged as they are personalized.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT:
In case the footwear ordered gets damaged during Transit prior to delivery, you may return the same to us without using them with the tags in place, on “Courier Charges Payable by Consignee” basis.
We shall rework on the footwear and courier the same to you at no extra costs.
