HOW IS CUSTOMIZATION DONE ?
Once you register and express your interest in availing a Bespoke (customized) pair of footwear, you shall be connected through WhatsApp, with our ‘Designing Specialist’ who coordinates with Reflexologists and Artisans and recommend the size, shape and design.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ?
Products are shipped through Air-cargo operated by reputed logistics companies.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ?
You can change the Shipping address through the Order Tracking menu one-week prior to the scheduled date of delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE ?
It normally takes 21 working days from date of placing order and making payment. In case of delay on account of special circumstances like market closure due to strikes, material unavailability, force-de-majeure instances, you will be notified on the revised time lines or asked to fill up the Exchange Form for your consent on the changed design specifications.
CAN THE PACKAGES BE GIFT-WRAPPED OR PERSONALIZED ?
Your Order can be Gift wrapped asper your preference and specialized motifs at nominal costs applicable for such packaging concepts.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes. The footwear can be shipped to off-shore addresses, however the Logistics charges and the Levies/Taxes would be payable extra at actuals by the customer. The same process would be applicable in terms of re-fitting and/or rework on footwear damaged during transit. Please refer to our “Terms and Conditions”.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE ?
Payment can be made through our Payment Gateway through Debit Cards, Credit Cards or notified Payment Wallets.Please refer ‘Security and Safety’ section of our PRIVACY POLICY.
WHAT IF THE FOOTWEAR DOES NOT FIT MY SIZE ?
